At the Park District of Oak Park, the Board of Commissioners provides for the planning of parks and facilities by working with the Executive Director and staff to hire the most qualified consultant for each individual project affecting or having an impact on the overall agency, including comprehensive system master plans, park master plans, as well as other studies and plans that will drive the future plans of the Park District.
